I've tried other shapewear in the past and though it worked out at first the elasticity wore off and didn't last. This became a cost issue for me. I needed something that would last and work on my stomach and hips and so I tried the extra firm body briefer under my knit dress. The one-piece is breathable and smoothes out my hips and stomach.
